The use of Samāpatti bots is your own decision and must be based on your own research and judgement as I cannot give such financial advise, I only make available my bots that I use and leave the decision to invest up to you perhaps in conjunction with your financial advisor if any significant sum.
The provider of this service has no way of knowing the nationality or tax residence or under which regulatory authority the semi-anonymous users reside and as such it is your legal responsibility to know your country’s regulations and tax implications, if in doubt, consult your tax advisor or solicitor.
While this website displays backtested and forward tested data, and some of the platforms that make these bots accessible display actual performance history, it can only be past performance with no guarantees nor indication as to future performance. Markets are wild and unpredictable, and particularly Cryptocurrencies are considered a high risk investment and are often allocated to in only relatively small amounts due to this. Even in backtests and forward tests at least a 30% Max Drawdown can be expected, and new market conditions could potentially exceed historic unfavourable conditions. By investing in these you acknowledge and accept this risk and liability, as well as any legal or tax liability, and shall not hold the provider of this service with any liability for any losses regardless of cause.
Any alpha any bot or strategy has at one time could decay or vanish at any time, and so while 30% Drawdown can be expected more is possible and one should manage one’s own risk accordingly, and potentially a bot may be adjusted or withdrawn without warning if the provider considers it to now be fundamentally rendered ineffective by new market conditions.
If you are investing funds in these services, they must be your own funds and not accepted on behalf of others and managed for them, and likewise, you should not entrust your funds to someone else to put into the services on your behalf in case due to sickness, death or dishonesty you cannot retrieve them. Any affiliates or referrers to these bots are not vouched for nor employed by the provider of this service, and in many cases are anonymous to the provider of this service and thus cannot vouch for their judgement or behaviour. If you have been referred it is still up to you to do your own research and consult those legally able to advise you, no responsibility is accepted for the conduct of any affiliates, nor for the reliability, accessibility, or otherwise, of the platforms through which these bots are made accessible.
On some platforms, such as Zignaly, the funds may be locked up while in trade and unable to be withdrawn until a trade has completed, so one should only invest funds which you consider illiquid and do not need in any short-term.
